- For monthly stays, a deposit of 1 month's rental with 1 month security deposit is payable on check-in. Yearly stays, a security deposit of 2 month's rental and 1 month in advance.
- Complimentary benefits are not exchangeable for cash and valid until departure.
- All above rates are valid until 31 December 2010.
- All above rates are per night inclusive of service charge and vat.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of no-show, or if the booking is cancelled less than 2 working days prior to check-in, one room night will be charged by the Apartment to the Credit Card.
